Shipping policy

  1. Shipping location and delivery time
    Shipping country: All orders are dispatched from the warehouse in the Czech Republic.
    Processing time: Orders will be dispatched within 15 to 30 working days after payment confirmation (excluding customs or force majeure factors).
    Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email containing the logistics tracking number. You can check the progress through the official website of the carrier.
  2. Delivery range and cost
    Coverage area: Global delivery (Some countries/regions may be restricted. Available options will be automatically displayed on the settlement page).
    Freight calculation: Automatically generated based on destination, package weight/volume, and displayed in real time at checkout.
    Duties and taxes: The destination country may impose import duties, which shall be borne by the recipient themselves.
  3. Delay and Exception Handling
    Customs delay: International transportation may be extended due to customs inspection. It is recommended to place orders in advance.
    Incorrect address: If the item is returned due to incorrect filling, the shipping fee needs to be paid again for replacement.
    Out-of-stock situation: In rare cases, if the product is out of stock, we will notify you by email for replacement or refund.
