- Scope of policy application
This policy applies to all purchased ball products, including but not limited to physical goods, accessories or promotional items. - Returns and refunds are not supported
Based on product characteristics and hygiene considerations, we currently do not accept any form of return or refund, including the following situations:
Unopened or used goods (for safety and hygiene reasons);
Customized products (such as balls printed with personal/team logos);
Clearance/Special Offer Items (The page has clearly marked “Last Sale”);
Due to the customer’s subjective reasons (such as changes in color, size preferences, etc.). - Handling of exceptional cases
If any of the following problems occur, please provide evidence to the customer service email within 48 hours after receiving the goods, and we will negotiate a solution
Severe damage caused by transportation (photos/videos taken before opening must be provided);
The product is seriously inconsistent with the description (such as incorrect model or functional defects). - User Responsibility reminder
Please confirm the specifications, materials and other information on the product detail page before placing an order.
